This role requires a hands-on finance professional withstrong technical expertise, the ability to oversee the full spectrum offinancial management, and to ensure compliance with international and UAEstandards. About the Role:

• Oversee the full financial managementfunction, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and presentmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAEregulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets,forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit,and other statutory requirements in the UAE.
• Supervise and guide the finance teamin day-to-day operations.
