We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial strategies to maximize their business value. This role demands strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and excellent client relationship management abilities.
Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence of companies across various sectors.
Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
Assist in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.
Prepare detailed investment memorandums, pitch books, and financial models.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
Manage deal execution from inception to closing, including negotiation and documentation.
Support senior bankers in business development and client pitching activities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing deals and client relationships.
Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory environment in the UAE and GCC region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
