Sales Associate – Ajman Grand Centrale
Position objective: Represent the brand by optimizing and increasing store sales through excellent customer care and retail experience. Perform operational duties such as store maintenance and visual merchandising as designated by the shop supervisor/assistant store manager.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and help them select the best item.
- Convert window shoppers into purchasers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Commitment Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Serve clients with the highest standards and follow the company selling guideline (Greet, Understand, Explain, Offer, Thank).
- Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge
- Be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
- Be flexible to work prolonged hours during the sale period.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and minimize stock loss.
- Merchandise
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers, following standard format norms.
- Comply with visual merchandising (VM) standards and keep clearance stock standards.
- Record stock movement (internal/external) and maintain records accordingly.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / payment counter efficiently.
- Count cash at the start and end of shifts and secure till money.
- Issue invoices/refunds/price changes to customers as appropriate.
- Process payments by cash, card, vouchers, or electronic methods.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance of shop safety at all times.
- Be adaptable to various shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
- Adhere to SOPs & Loss Avoidance Policies.
