Position: Senior Stock Controller
Company: Gulf Group Holding
Gulf Group Holding, a reputed varied organization based in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking to employ a Senior Stock Controller. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading/managing supply control within a reputable building company in the UAE. Experience in a varied business group with multiple industries will be an added benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the stock and inventory of all group companies.
- Oversee supply control in all company stores and warehouses.
- Ensure stock availability and effective stock control.
- Monitor and record expiration, leak, waste, and pilferage.
- Manage warehousing and store staff across group companies.
- Project supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stockouts (OOS).
- Ensure legal compliance at storage locations at all times.
- Develop and implement SOPs regarding stock control best practices.
- Analyze supply chain and storage data and submit reports.
- Coordinate supply control operations with storekeepers, and the sales and finance departments.
- Conduct regular supply audits for all group companies.
- Maintain supply purchases within budget for all group companies.
- Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items.
- Maintain a steady flow of supply from storage to where it is needed.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel and other internal teams to assess product quality upon delivery and storage conditions.
- Maintain updated supply records.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Ras al-Khaimah (Candidates must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
Salary: $1850
