KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Companies & Assets:
  • Coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets including accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and planning, and streamlining of financial and operational processes
  • Maintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assets
General Responsibilities:
  • Internal control and compliance oversight
  • Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Cross‑functional communication and coordination across the family office team, portfolio companies, external partners, and service providers
  • Preparation of financial and shareholder reports, presentations, memos, and analytical materials for shareholders and management
REQUIREMENTS & TERMS:
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience
  • UAE experience is a strong advantage
  • Solid skills in financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and presentation development
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issues
  • Full professional fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)
