Senior Site Project Manager — Power Plant Projects (Dubai, UAE)
Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to lead a multidisciplinary team for a power plant project. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in project management, with specific expertise in power plant consultants and EPC/EPCM contractors. GCC/UAE experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are mandatory, while a Master's degree is an advantage. This is a full-time position and remote work is not allowed.
Qualifications
- 15 years of relevant professional experience including 10 years as a Project Manager.
- Experience with power plant consultants EPC/EPCM contractors and gas turbine OEMs.
- GCC/UAE experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a multidisciplinary site team.
- Liaising daily with the Client and EPCM Contractor.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the power plant project.
- Handling all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
