We’re Hiring an International Campaigns Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, generate leads, and enhance visibility in the luxury real estate market. The role involves managing international digital campaigns, event coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation.

1. Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, online ads, and offline events).
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s image and target audience.
• Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Run paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

• Organize and support real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Liaise with developers, partners, and suppliers for event coordination and logistics.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Support the development of personal branding for agents through marketing content.
• Maintain brand consistency in all communications and materials.

• Master’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing management experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
• Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Strong digital and traditional marketing expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
