Our company is currently seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in managing construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall construction process from start to finish.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (basic proficiency required).
- Biometric passport required for international travel if necessary.
