We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
2. Estimating material, labor, and equipment costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet safety standards and comply with all applicable regulations.
4. Monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and with quality workmanship.
5. Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
6. Evaluating contractors' bids and selecting vendors/suppliers for materials.
7. Resolving problems onsite during construction, such as design issues or compliance violations.
8. Ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations onsite.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations within Abu Dhabi.

Salary: AED 1500 per month
