Construction Foreman à United States

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.

• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
• Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
• Site supervision & fit out execution
• Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project

• Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services / general maintenance works
• Minimum 3 years of UAE / GCC experience
• Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
• Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
• Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
• Engineer or diploma in Civil / Skilled trade.

Salary: Up to AED 5000 / - per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance

Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam / Urdu / Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
