Construction Foreman jobs in United States

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for our projects in civil and fit-out works. The candidate will be responsible for managing workforce and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities related to civil, steel fabrication, and fit-out works.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage labor and subcontractors efficiently to achieve project targets.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily site reports, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain quality control and ensure proper workmanship on all tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Handle site inspections and approvals from consultants and authorities.
• Control material usage, ensure availability of required materials, and minimize wastage.
• Drive to different sites/locations across Dubai as required.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in site supervision, especially in fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of civil, steel fabrication, and interior fit-out activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and workers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
