Position Title: Real Estate Sales & Operations Manager
Company: SBJ Real Estate L.L.C – Dubai
Reporting To: Saif Beljafla (Owner & Managing Director)
Salary: AED 5,000–8,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Operations Manager to run the daily business of SBJ Real Estate. You will manage agents, rental and off-plan inventories, and drive closings. You must be a leader who can build a high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations for off-plan and rental
• Source, organize, and update property inventories (ready & off-plan)
• Upload listings to CRM, portals, and website
• Assign leads to agents and track follow-ups
• Recruit & manage a growing team of commission-based sales agents
• Build internal WhatsApp groups by teams (with leaders)
• Monitor performance and enforce KPIs
• Coordinate with developers to assign agents to launch events and sales centers
• Handle partnerships with international agents and companies
• Work closely with the owner on exclusive projects and investor deals
• Organize weekly team meetings and reporting
Skills
Requirements:
• 2–5 years experience in Dubai real estate
• Experience with off-plan & ready rentals/sales
• English fluency (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu is a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to handle CRM and listings systems
• Self-driven and results-focused
