Résumé du poste
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a role in Dubai. The responsibilities include overseeing the full life cycle of construction projects, managing project-related submissions, ensuring compliance with the Dubai Building Code, and leading project teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a valid Dubai Municipality Engineer Certificate Card, and at least 3 successfully completed projects under a G+Unlimited license. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact high-profile construction projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 successfully completed projects in Dubai under a G+Unlimited general contracting license.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, permitting, and compliance processes.
Responsabilités
- Oversee the full life cycle of construction projects from planning to handover.
- Develop and implement construction strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Manage all project-related submissions, permits, and approvals with local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with the Dubai Building Code and relevant UAE construction regulations.
