We are in search of a proactive and highly experienced SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER who can support our team in Dubai

Position : DM CERTIFIED G+12 CIVIL ENGINEER

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil construction and site supervision—particularly in high-rise development.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring full compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure alignment with engineering and design requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure on-time and efficient project delivery
• Analyse and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and topographical and geological data to plan and manage construction tasks.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of construction materials, verifying compliance with quality and industry standards.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays, budget overruns, and safety concerns.
• Proactively resolve site issues and implement corrective measures

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Dubai Municipality approved for G+12 projects or Unlimited License
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai or UAE.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other software.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Valid UAE Driving License
