Job Description

As a Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max, your role will involve crafting detailed and precise designs that bring ideas to life. You'll leverage your proficiency in these industry-standard software tools to prepare, modify, and curate creative design plans for various projects, including architectural and interior design undertakings. Your keen eye for detail and innate creativity will enable you to transform complex concepts into visually compelling and functional spaces. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals, you will ensure that all design specifications align seamlessly with project objectives and quality standards. Your work will involve interpreting briefs to create innovative and aesthetic solutions, staying abreast of design trends, and applying critical thinking to troubleshoot issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Your exceptional communication skills will not only help you articulate your design ideas clearly but also effectively present them to clients and stakeholders for approval and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to develop 2D and 3D design plans and detailed drawings.
• Interpret client and project manager briefs to create suitable design concepts.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure precise project specifications.
• Stay current with design trends and integrate them into creative projects accordingly.
• Revise and adapt design plans to accommodate changes and modifications as necessary.
• Present design proposals clearly and convincingly to clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all design outputs meet established quality standards and project objectives.
• Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and design challenges.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors and streamline production.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all design projects for reference and handover.
• Mentor junior designers to cultivate a knowledgeable and skilled design team.
• Be proactive in identifying and addressing any design-related issues or constraints.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is essential.
• Proven proficiency with AutoCAD and 3Ds Max in a professional environment.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant design experience is required.
• Strong visualization skills combined with an eye for aesthetic design details.
• Experience with project management software and tools for efficiency is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
