• Implement health, safety and environment plan and emergency plan according the HSE policy and objectives.
• Constantly keep employees and sub-contractors aware of the risks with a strong daily presence on site.
• Assist all departments in implementation of H&S compliance.
• Apply the site Health & Safety, Environment rules, instructions, and procedures.
• Observe work in progress, ensure that proper safety equipment is used, and procedures are followed.
• Apply and follow up on the subcontractor prevention plan.
• Communicate safety Flashes.
• Attend pre-job safety meeting on special jobs (Confined space - Working at height - Hot work).
• Follow isolation procedure implementation with regular auditing.
• Conduct safety induction (Visitors - New employees).
• Check and maintain safety signs in good condition.
• Check safety equipment (Daily‑Monthly) and submit monthly inspection report.
• Authorized to stop any activity presenting a serious and imminent danger.
• Develop and expand people capabilities by regular and comprehensive feedback on Management system.
• Follow up on all daily work permits and activities onsite.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - Mechanical/Electrical.
• Experience from 2 to 4 years.
• Driving license is a must.
• Abu Dhabi resident is a must.
• Principles, practices and applicable equipment related to industrial safety, hygiene, and hazardous waste management.
• Standard occupational hazards, including accident analysis and prevention techniques.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex information and present it simply and accurately.
• Attention to detail.
• A flexible approach to work.
• Physical fitness if your work will involve time on large-scale plants or on outdoor sites.
• Previous Knowledge in Reverse Osmosis (RO) - Seawater desalination.
• Strong communicator with good working methods, well organized, is able to learn continuously.
