Job summary

A leading economic zone in Ras al-Khaimah seeks an experienced HS&E professional to support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies. This role requires strong knowledge of HS&E standards and practices, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or industrial settings. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, supervising contractors, and developing emergency response plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HS&E within construction or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HS&E legislation and ISO standards.
• Ability to assess workplace hazards and implement corrective measures.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments.
• Develop emergency management plans and conduct response drills.
• Supervise on-site contractors for compliance.
• Investigate incidents to improve safety measures.
