Senior MEP Foreman – Civil Construction Leader
Job summary
A leading recruitment service in the UAE seeks an MEP Foreman to manage and coordinate all MEP activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in MEP works within a civil construction environment. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, planning activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, along with fluency in English, are essential. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 4000 to 6000 AED.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP works preferably in a civil construction environment.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of technicians.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors on site.
- Plan and coordinate MEP activities in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of MEP works and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
