You will ensure the integration of BIM practices across departments while managing technical teams and enhancing project delivery. Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, over 10 years in construction, and proven managerial experience. Job description
Develop and Execute BIM Strategy

Formulate, implement and oversee the BIM delivery strategy and milestones. Ensure seamless integration of BIM practices across company departments and projects.

Project Oversight and Coordination

Monitor team deliverables and ensure the timely and structured preparation of technical coordination and project management reports. Facilitate effective communication and regular meetings with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Technical and BIM Department Management

Lead the Technical and BIM functions addressing both technical and non‑technical issues. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with construction teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

BIM Contractual Responsibilities

Prepare and manage all BIM‑related contractual documents and working arrangements. This includes drafting BIM protocols and implementation plans. Review and validate BIM deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements, regulatory standards and industry best practices. Submit approved designs to BIM Leads for client or consultant endorsement.

BIM Process Development and Infrastructure

Structure and communicate the BIM development process to project teams in a practical and efficient manner. Establish the BIM infrastructure including selecting appropriate technologies and formulating BIM policies, manuals and specifications for Group Companies.

Technology Implementation and Oversight

Ensure proper deployment and functioning of technological systems. Resolve any issues promptly, review technical presentations and offer improvement recommendations as needed.

Leadership and Performance Management

Provide clear leadership and guidance to project resources. Oversee the performance of the engineering team to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards across all BIM projects. Supervise the BIM team to foster collaboration and maintain performance. Uphold BIM ISO kite certification and its implementation.

Cost Control and Budget Management

Monitor and control departmental costs. Identify and implement cost‑saving measures to enhance operational efficiency and address any financial discrepancies.

Process Improvement and System Optimization

Continuously seek and implement opportunities for process enhancement. Utilize client feedback to eliminate inefficiencies, improve quality and ensure adherence to Health Safety and Environmental standards.

  • Execute continuous improvement plans to elevate product and service quality for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development

Effectively lead and manage team members to optimize resource utilization and achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Build high‑performing teams by aligning skills with roles to meet company goals.
Additional Responsibilities

Carry out any additional tasks or duties assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture (mandatory)
  • Master's Degree (preferred)
  • Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Solid understanding of various construction methodologies and technologies
