Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage accounts including order processing, follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and order fulfillment.

  2. Provide telephone customer service regarding the company's services and products.

  3. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions.

  4. Promote and sell the company's products or services.

  5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

  6. Use a computer system to track inquiries, orders, and their status.

  7. Handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.

  8. Negotiate product and billing issues, including discounts, returns, testing, and replacements.

  9. Authorize credit memos and refunds within policy.

  10. Implement account service strategies and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.

  11. Support customer service activities such as price quotes, technical recommendations, and sample coordination.

  12. Initiate initiatives to improve customer service and responsiveness.

  13. Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling.

  14. Follow up on customer inquiries and champion customer needs.

  15. Provide order management support, including entry, expediting, and shipment info.

  16. Communicate proactively about supply chain issues and offer alternatives.

  17. Attend technical training seminars.

  18. Support team members when workload requires.

  19. Partner with Inside Sales to meet sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the Printing Industry preferred.

  • Degree or equivalent diploma required.

  • 2-3 years of customer service or related experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Good data entry, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
