A leading healthcare company in Dubai is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative responsible for handling customer queries and generating sales through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer focus and telemarketing experience in a regulated environment. This role emphasizes communication and teamwork, aiming for both sales targets and customer satisfaction. Join this dynamic team and contribute significantly to customer health management.
Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Sales tasks. Places outbound calls which are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires a developing knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Telemarketing duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles. This role typically reports to our international markets. This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).
Reporting to the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming queries from web-based customers to meet their needs, with the goal of closing the sale. You will also be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to leads generated via the web-site and work to problem solve and ensure an accurate, efficient and smooth sales process.
