• Play a key role in shaping and running a fully compliant, high-performing home healthcare facility
• Lead medical teams and operational workflows in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment

• Ensure full compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP, and UAE labor laws, including licensing, inspections, staff credentials, and regulatory documentation
• Own and manage the P&L for the healthcare facility/clinic, optimizing cost, efficiency, and contribution margins
• Lead daily clinic/home healthcare operations, ensuring smooth workflows, facility readiness, proper inventory/equipment, and a consistently high-quality patient experience
• Build, refine, and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, and operational standards across all healthcare services
• Oversee staff calendar, roster, and shift planning, ensuring balanced workload, labor compliance, and optimal coverage
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Excellence, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Hire and develop medical and operational staff, including doctors, specialists, nutritionists, and nurses, to build a strong, compliant healthcare team

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, operations management, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare facility management, home healthcare operations, or a similar regulated healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of DHA/DOH/MOHAP compliance, licensing, audits, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and improve P&L components, cost, efficiency, utilization, and service quality
• High ownership, disciplined execution, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets
• A people-first mindset with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and patient care
