Construction Manager – El-Ain, UAE. Preference for Indian biometric passport holders with English language skills.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in construction management and should be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates possessing Indian biometric passport and English language skills.

• Oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction activities.
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and that construction activities conform to project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of the construction project.

• Minimum of five years of experience in construction management.
• Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques.
• Knowledge of local building regulations.
• English language skills; preference for candidates with Indian biometric passports.
