Job summary

A leading construction firm is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations for a bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in bridge projects within the UAE. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading the labor team effectively. This full-time position does not offer remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction.
• At least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved specifications.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations.
