Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
• Knowledgeable of accounting principles.
• Previous AP experience, Hotel Night Audit, or Front Office experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and numerical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily revenue postings and adjustments processed.
• Balance hotel cash receipts and hotel credit cards.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Assist Credit Manager with chargeback resolutions.
• Monitor Cash Machine and prepare deposits.
