• Work with qualified international clients on both off-plan and secondary market opportunities
• Build long-term relationships through an advisory, consultative sales style
• Maintain a healthy personal pipeline with the support of senior leadership
• Access premium developer inventory (Emaar, Sobha, DAMAC, Binghatti, Ellington, etc.)
• Receive fast operational support: no bureaucracy, no chaos, no noise

• Commission up to 65%
• A steady flow of fresh active inquiries
• Senior-level support across marketing & operations

• Strong experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary)
• Confident English communicator with an advisory, client-focused approach
• Professional, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups pipeline management
