Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project BIM Manager on multidisciplinary projects in the UAE.
• Experience in executing strategies for managing design issues using digital tools.
• Proven hands-on experience in using at least one design/model quality checking tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Information Management and Building Information Modeling functions on various projects.
• Accountable for planning, setting up and operation of project digital workflows.
• Conduct clash analysis of the federated model and resolve clashes.

Skills

Proven hands-on experience in preparing and managing Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs)

Proven hands-on experience in using digital tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Strong mentoring skills

Education

University Degree in a construction field

Ability to become a Registered Architect / Engineer in the UAE
