Responsibilities

• Install and configure service and cleaning robots at customer sites.
• Perform technical checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify root causes in hardware, software, network, and sensors.
• Onboard customers and ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain clear service reports in internal systems.
• Identify patterns and communicate them for optimization.
• Coordinate closely with teams in Germany & Dubai.
• Recognize upselling opportunities and follow up.
