• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel industry, preferably in a five-star property.
• Proficient in carpentry, interior design and FF&E repair.
• Ability to use general repair tools and read shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep of all decorations and furniture in guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure safe operations of tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with Guest room technician to complete maintenance requests.
