Job summary
A leading automotive company in Dubai seeks an experienced Foreman for their Bus Division. The Foreman will lead workshop technicians and ensure all bus repair and service activities meet high-quality standards. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge in bus diagnostics, proven leadership skills, and at least three years of workshop experience. A diploma in Mechanical or Automotive field is required. The company offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in bus diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on workshop repair and operations experience.

- Plan and allocate job cards to technicians.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
- Conduct quality checks on completed jobs.
