A leading automotive service provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Auto Mechanic for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputed workshop, possess a SSC/Trade Certificate, and be proficient in English. You will be responsible for high-quality workmanship, quality checks, and ensuring the workshop's cleanliness and safety. Salary ranges from AED 3,000.00 to 4,000.00 monthly.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician.
• Able to understand technical training and job cards.
• Fundamental computer skills required.

Overview

Hiring for Auto Mechanic. Immediate joiner required.

Responsibilities

• Define the output needed from the job.
• Determine 6-8 crucial responsibilities and their performance signs.
• Execute designated jobs according to the requirements and time standards.
• Provide high quality craftsmanship for the customer's complete satisfaction to prevent repetitive jobs.
• Conduct quality checks as and when necessary.
• Raise request for auxiliary parts and labor approval.
• Ensure use of safety equipment/gear and adhere to all safety and ecological conservation procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workshop, tools and the customer’s vehicle.
• Inform the Workshop foreman/supervisor and initiate an occurrence report for any incident occurred during the operation.
• Plan and organize jobs on a priority basis when taking care of multiple responsibilities.
• Ensure car inspection and diagnostic evaluation is done accurately.
• Identify and remedy wheel alignment related issues.
• Carry out various other jobs assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Certifications and Understanding: SSC/Trade Certificate/Vocational training.
• Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a reputed workshop.
• Job-specific Abilities: Should review, comprehend and write in English to understand and refine technical training, job cards, and should have fundamental computer skills.
• Competencies: Thorough knowledge of all analysis scan tools, device-specific solutions and their functions; ability to identify and repair mechanical faults.
