The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent selling skills, offer deep technical knowledge and be adept at problem‑solving. They will play a crucial part in delivering top‑quality service to our clients, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Vehicle and Bus Maintenance, Customer Service & Technical Support

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles and buses ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients to understand vehicle issues, communicate technical findings and explain recommended solutions in clear non‑technical language.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles and bus systems including mechanical, electrical and diagnostic components.
• Relevant technical qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with commercial vehicles and/or buses in a technical service or maintenance capacity is required.
• Previous exposure to customer‑facing or sales roles within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, maintenance planning and modern vehicle systems (including hybrid/electric buses) is an advantage.
