Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine and document quantities and scopes of work.
• Support in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in contract administration, including preparing variations and claims.

Skills

Knowledge of MEP systems

Understanding of quantity surveying principles

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
