Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in the UAE is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) with extensive experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage post-contract functions, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and require at least 15 years of experience with UAE authority approvals. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This role offers a chance to contribute to significant infrastructure developments in the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience for QS.
- Minimum of 15 years experience for QS UAE Authority approvals MRICS.
- Prior experience in construction supervision or operation and maintenance of major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle post-contract functions including payments and contractual correspondence.
- Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare financial statements for monthly reporting.
