A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract) to work on high-profile projects across the UAE. The role involves preparing cost plans and tender documentation, collaborating with design teams, and managing cost effectively. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the Middle East and a degree in Quantity Surveying. - Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in the Middle East.
- Demonstrable track record in pre and post contract cost management services.
- Knowledge of infrastructure elements such as bridges, roads, marine, etc.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs Measurement, and take-offs.
- Collaborate with design team for cost studies and value engineering.
- Preparation of Tender documentation.
