Job summary

A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3-7 years of experience in the Fitout industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field and strong computer skills in MS Office, PlanSwift, and Auto CAD. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, preparing quantity take-offs, and ensuring deadlines are met through effective coordination with various departments.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry.
• Strong knowledge of measurement methods (POMI).

Responsibilities

• Review tender design drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Provide complete quantity take-off and compare with tender quantities.
• Prepare a List of Technical Queries for clarification.
• Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines and project requirements.

• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing it with tender quantities


• Preparation of a List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.


• Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.


• Comprehension of local authority requirements and international standards.


• Coordinating with other departments to provide necessary support.

• Minimum experience – 3 – 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fitout industry
