Job description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on post-contract activities for a client.

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be but not limited to:

  • Specialized in post-contract cost consultancy services with experience on mid to large-scale residential commercial and hospitality projects.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy services.
  • Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:
    • Measurement and valuation of works
    • Assessment and agreement of variations
    • Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts
    • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures.
  • Support in benchmarking data collection and internal financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of various outputs across all Funder Advisory services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related Construction field.
  • Chartered status with RICS (MRICS) or currently working towards APC.
Experience
  • Minimum of 45 years post-graduate experience.
  • At least 23 years of experience in the Middle East market.
