- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Create journal entries, maintain records, reconcile accounts.
- Verify and post transactions to maintain general ledger accounts.
- Analyze financial data and prepare summaries such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Assist in budget forecasting by analyzing data and identifying trends.
- Audit documents like invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in GAAP principles.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
