My client is one of the most renowned global design firms currently involved in a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Educational, and Residential sectors.

As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded several projects and are urgently looking to expand their team.

Their most pressing requirement is for a Senior Architect in Dubai. We are seeking candidates with proven track records in managing the full cycle of technically demanding projects.

The role is open to candidates globally, but preference will be given to those from a Western background due to client demands.

• Design development of projects from concept to completion.
• Ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
• Applying correct design standards.
• Technical detailing of projects.
• Meeting operational and functional project requirements.
• Coordinating all sub-consultant packages.
• Reviewing all drawing packages prior to issue.
• Managing project deliverables.
• Reviewing resources to ensure successful project implementation.
• Ensuring Project Architects are familiar with relevant standards and local authority regulations.
• Coordinating design team meetings with sub-consultants.
• Liaising with the post-contract team to ensure site alterations comply with local regulations.

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating various projects.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
