Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development for large-scale projects ensuring quality creativity and compliance with client requirements.
• Utilize BIM tools (e.g. Revit) for design coordination modeling and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients consultants and project teams to deliver design solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare architectural drawings specifications and presentation materials.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and BIM modelers within the team.
• Review and approve architectural drawings details and design submissions.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards codes and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural MEP and other disciplines to achieve integrated project solutions.
• Participate in client meetings design reviews and project presentations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Architect preferably in design consultancy.
• Strong BIM experience (Revit and other modeling tools).
• Proven experience on large-scale UAE projects (commercial residential or mixed-use).
• Currently based in the UAEand available for immediate joining.
