We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Concept Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design skills a deep understanding of project visioning and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential commercial hospitality mixed‑use etc.).
- Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research analysis and collaboration with clients and consultants.
- Produce high‑quality design outputs including sketches, diagrams, 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with design tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
- Stay informed on architectural trends, materials and technologies applying them to enhance design quality.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops and presentations as part of the project team contributing to discussions and design reviews.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture ( / or equivalent).
- Minimum 68years of professional experience with a solid portfolio demonstrating involvement in concept and schematic design.
- Proven ability to contribute to early‑stage design on medium to large‑scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g. Grasshopper) is an advantage.
- Strong freehand sketching, visual communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
Additional Information
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in international projects and multicultural teams.
- Previous work at a design‑led or globally recognized architecture firm.
- Familiarity with urban design and master planning is advantageous.
