A leading technology firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Data Engineer/Architect to design and implement end-to-end data architectures on Azure. You will lead the development of Medallion and Lakehouse architectures, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience, strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Databricks, and expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ETL/ELT).
• Proficient in SQL, PySpark, and distributed data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize Medallion / Lakehouse architecture using Databricks.
• Lead data ingestion transformation and orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Define data modeling standards and data governance best practices.
