The Key Objectives For This Role Are
- Ensure technical excellence in Maintenance Systems Development.
- Support project and client requirements in developing maintenance regimes and data for CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Develop documentation and data for CMMS maintenance builds for new projects and improve existing systems to enhance reliability and safety.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality maintenance solutions within scope, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide input across maintenance, reliability, and asset management work scopes, including strategy development, data builds, reliability modeling, FMEA/Reliability-Centered Maintenance, RCAs, and criticality assessments.
- Conduct QA/QC audits on CMMS data to ensure compliance with guidelines and client expectations.
- Delegate tasks and review work of peers and junior staff.
- Adhere to and improve discipline-specific and client procedures for CMMS activities.
- Guide project setup related to maintenance data requirements and formats.
- Stay informed about regulatory, legislative, and technological developments.
- Provide technical support to the wider Wood business.
- Contribute to scope definition and execution for new projects.
- Communicate improvements for service delivery.
- Ensure quality of project delivery.
Qualifications
Skills And Qualifications
- BSc, B.Eng., HNC, HND or equivalent with industrial experience in maintenance.
- NVQ or equivalent trade qualification with hands-on industrial experience.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders.
- Project responsibility experience as delegated by management.
Knowledge And Skills
- Industrial experience relevant to maintenance roles.
- Experience with maintenance data projects and optimization.
- Development of maintenance strategies.
- Strong process adherence and professional demeanor.
- Technical report writing skills.
- Knowledge of asset reliability and CMMS/ERP systems.
