Charterhouse is proudly partnered with a boutique multi-asset fund manager in the DIFC who is looking to add a Corporate Services and Governance professional to their team.

About the Role

This role has been created to support their private market investments and the wider business. It will be highly varied, including company secretary duties, KYC documentation, regulatory filings, coordinating with service providers, fund reporting, and other operational tasks.

Due to the complexity of private equity structures and transactions, the firm works with companies across multiple jurisdictions and geographies. This involves managing different tax and reporting requirements and maintaining relationships with registered agents in various locations.

About You

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in corporate services or fund administration, either in-house or with a fund service provider in the UAE. An understanding of private market funds regulated internationally is also essential.
