Job Summary

The Client Relationship Coordinator acts as the primary bridge between NWMEA.com and our diverse clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client journey, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering long-term professional relationships. This role requires a bilingual (Arabic/English) professional who can navigate complex client inquiries with diplomacy, maintain accurate data records, and support the broader sales and leasing objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Account Management & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high-value inbound inquiries, delivering a superior standard of service to both Arabic and English-speaking clients.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to identify needs, preferences, and investment goals, ensuring a personalized service delivery.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of property viewings, consultations, and meetings between clients and the advisory team.
2. Operational Support & Coordination
  • Liaise between the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing departments to ensure a cohesive client experience and alignment on property availability.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities to nurture leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
3. Issue Resolution & Service Excellence
  • Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Uphold Nationwide Middle East Properties’s brand standards in all written and verbal communications.
4. Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain impeccable records within the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions, feedback, and status updates are logged accurately.
  • Generate weekly reports on client sentiment, inquiry volume, and conversion metrics for senior management review.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Client Relations, Account Management, or Customer Success. Experience within the Real Estate or Property Management sector is strictly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement for this role, alongside professional fluency in English.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market dynamics and geography.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence, professional presentation, and a client-centric mindset.
