Role Overview

The Events Manager will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing planning and executing high-impact events that reflect the companys brand and strategic vision. From corporate gatherings and stakeholder meetings to large-scale project inaugurations and community engagement initiatives this role demands a creative strategist with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

You will oversee the entire event lifecyclebudgeting vendor management logistics and post-event analysiswhile ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with corporate objectives and project milestones.
  • Create detailed event plans timelines and budgets ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Innovate event concepts that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Execution & Operations
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection catering décor audio-visual setup and transportation.
  • Oversee vendor negotiations and contracts to secure competitive pricing and reliable services.
  • Ensure seamless on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams senior leadership and external partners to meet event objectives.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials in coordination with the communications team.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sponsors partners and VIP guests ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all events adhere to UAE regulations health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for approvals contracts and post-event reporting.
  • Support audits and provide detailed event summaries including ROI analysis and feedback reports.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance event experiences.
  • Implement digital tools for event registration engagement and analytics.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in event management within corporate construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning processes vendor management and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and digital engagement tools is a plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Business Administration or related field.
