JOB TITLE

Associate - Replenishment | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate - Replenishment is responsible and accountable for analyzing & collecting promo items in all categories, in addition, working on updating promo purchase price and selling price for promo items, creating new themes and updating daily stock sheet with promotion analysis, uploading all GSF and on system.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Updating Matrix sheet including PP and selling Price.
  • Following up on leaflet with GICA team and be sure that all items are linked to themes
  • Making distribution for all forecasted Qty according Store weight.
  • Sending and collecting confirmation from stores for Qty needed for promo items.
  • Booking all Qty ordered with DC and Stores with BC team.
  • Linking all items to promo theme for promotion.
  • Updating Mechanism items and make sure all items with correct price
  • Uploading GSF file on system on monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree For Commerce or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience across analyzing.
  • Retail industry experience is plus.
  • English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
  • Excellent team work skills and people agility with high level of collaboration.
  • High level of problem-solving skills and detailed oriented.
