This is primarily a field sales role, requiring direct client engagement and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Identify potential customers through telemarketing, customer references, and cold calling in the market.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to achieve sales targets.

Client Engagement and Implementation:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle product installation, training, and full implementation of Tally software.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the onboarding process.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support for Tally software both online and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot client issues promptly and ensure quick resolution.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to address any complex issues.

Market Research and Business Development:

  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • Develop strategies to maximize product adoption and customer retention.

Work Environment:
