Job summary

A global aviation training company in Dubai is seeking a professional to manage an allocated fleet of simulators. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators, coordinating with Chief instructors, and managing maintenance records. The ideal candidate will participate in internal and external audits and handle issues raised by authorities. Engage with various stakeholders to maintain high standards within the fleet.

About This Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure Fleet achieve ECFT & Departmental Key Performance Indicators. Refer to Quality Targets and work instructions and report fleet statistics to the Deputy Manager on regular basis.
• Accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators. Ensure all open DRs are brought to closure in a timely manner. May be required to arrange Regular meetings with Chief instructors of all the fleet and review the input and provide feedback. Attend the Voice of Customer meetings when required and action / report on the issues related to the fleet.
• May be required to participate in the annual Authorities recurrent evaluations. Manage Authorities raised issues and ensure issues are cleared within time limit set by the authorities. Manage Authorities follow up reports.
• Make sure all maintenance records across the fleet are up-to-date and will be required to participate in internal and external audits. Manage manpower support when workload demands additional manpower.
