We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator – UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the role :

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support our business growth by assisting in developing and executing strategic initiatives, proposals, and client engagement activities. You’ll coordinate efforts with internal teams, manage documentation, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.

From Day 1, you’ll be a valued contributor, working on real projects alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal departments for bid and tender inputs
  • Maintain and update client databases, opportunity trackers, and reports
  • Support market research and competitor analysis
  • Organize client meetings, events, and follow-up activities
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance with client requirements

About you :

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or proposal management tools is a plus

  • Internship or prior experience in business development, sales support, or marketing
  • Strong work ethic and desire for professional growth
  • Starting Date : ASAP
