Deliver exceptional customer service: You will be required to deliver exceptional customer service to all relevant parties within the CX journey. Through utilizing the available tools and resources, you will aim to meet and exceed clients needs.
Understanding and sharing product information: By thoroughly understanding the product and its many benefits, strive to pass on this information to the client. With the aim of securing the listing/property booking.
Order capture and processing: Efficiently and accurately capture the booking in the appropriate system, and ensure all due processes are adhered to.
Solutions Driven: Pro-actively aim to resolve any queries the client might have regarding the listing/ property. Strive to offer a speedy turnround time, to meet the clients’ needs and exceed expectations.
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
- Be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
- Ability to efficiently manage time
- Ability to work proficiently in MS Excel and use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
