Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Contracts Manager for a three-year contract in Midrand. The role involves negotiating and managing group purchasing contracts, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Management and 5-8 years of experience in corporate procurement. Strong negotiation skills and experience in tender management are essential for this position, alongside the ability to drive cost-effective procurement measures.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a corporate procurement environment managing tender process.
- Solid practical experience managing tenders/RFQ both incoming and outgoing.
- Experience in NGO/NPO space preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the E-tender and catalog system in the organization.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage procurement activities throughout the purchasing and supply chain.
