The role focuses on generating new business and establishing strong client relationships within the IT sector. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment business development, strong sales skills, and a consultative approach. Previous Business Development in the Recruitment industry is necessary for this role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment and business development to design and execute our global client acquisition strategy.
This is a commercially driven role where your primary responsibility is to generate new business , establish strong pipelines , and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to presentations, negotiations, and closing.
This role is not involved in sourcing candidates or delivery work.
Instead, your focus will be on winning new clients and expanding our presence across international markets.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment business development background , bringing both commercial acumen and a consultative approach to client engagement.
